I can't copy-paste non-Roman / Latin text from Word or HTML. . . 7premium.

In spite of, "HELP," saying that I can easily copy-paste text, I get nothing when I try to copy-paste foreign language text from Word or from the web (HTML) that does not use Roman/Latin characters.

Look! VBulletin allows me to do it:
Russian: Из России с любовью
Korean: 사랑 러시아에서
Arabic: نحن نحبك
Hebrew: אנחנו אוהבים אותך
but Xara: ________________

To work my way around this problem, I have had to take a photograph (screen cap) of the text, then import it to Xara as a .jpg image, which is very cumbersome and often looks bad.

If I'm to assume, that in spite of Xara being a product created for the, "world-wide-web," it's copy-paste feature is limited to Roman/Latin characters. . . . then is there a less cumbersome way around this deficiency than taking a picture of the text?

Works fine here.

When pasting into Xara, make certain you select 'Rich Text'
