link to file help needed

I have just done a website for a chap in kuwait and most of it was fairly straight forward but I have a massive problem.

There is a page with some embeded mp3 file playlists, they work fine but I have also added a download button next to each playlist, I zipped each playlist using 7-zip software as each playlist contains upto to 20 mp3 files. When you click or right click and save as the file brings up an erorr message. Please help as the file needs to be able to be downloaded.

When I click on the icon with the music note it asks me if I want to save the file and when I said yes, it downloads the zip file (about 60MB).

I don't see what the problem is. I tried it in Firefox 5.

I think you could just ask visitors to click the icon to download the Zip file and be done with it. Though it may be courteous to let them know how large each file is.
