Photo background outside page area

How can I place a photo for the expanded background of my webpage instead of just a color?
Web Designer 6.
I looked through the threads for an answer but didn't see one.

CTRL+Drag'n'Drop to the pasteboard from an explorer folder or bitmap gallery.
There are some positioning tweaks in the tweakset (Stickies in this board)
