its still there - but the button is not on the toolbar by default - you need to go to the button palette and alt+drag it off
EDIT: oh and shift+f5 still appears to work...

You can also assign custom shortcut keys to the Pen Tool if you have Pro 7.
Gary, the Workbook looks very good. Thanks!
Nice job, Gary.
So what is the widget that does the magnifying rectangle routine?
I think I identified it. But there are several. All called Cloud something.

Gary the first page in Chrome raised my grphics card usage up to a extremely high level! So much so that Chrome offered to "kill page or wait".
I would like to just mention that the one of the new programmes is called Design Pro 7. If you were not really interested in the the production of web associated design solutions there would be little in the way of encouragement to upgrade from D P 6. You may say, what about the usage of Live Klone or what ever it is called, well it has been available for 10 years in AI. To use an expression in a well known UK game show, "Thank You Mr. Banker but No Deal"!
Design is thinking made visual.
Great job Gary.
I don't think that the fact that Live Clone has been available elsewhere for a long time, makes it less useful for updaters that aren't using AI.
Darwin - Probably explains why Jim upgraded to Designer Pro 7 then.
Peter - I have heard this from several users. Of course Chrome may have been passing judgment on my design as wellary the first page in Chrome raised my grphics card usage up to a extremely high level! So much so that Chrome offered to "kill page or wait".
I think that while there are not a whole lot of major changes, the changes made have added a lot. The live snapping has also been available in other applications, but I use Designer and not the other applications and I am really glad they added it. And the Magic Erase is very useful, especially when used on the right images and at high resolution. The zoom widgets would be enough to make me upgrade. And if I ever found myself working in the corporate environment, I would find the presentation feature useful.
But for my money, the combination of WD7's tools and Designer's range of tools would make the upgrade a no-brainer for me.
