Hum maybe it´s nothing but this bit seems suspect... a clue maybe?
"On which subject English Designer fans might want to keep their ears open for interesting news too (might be a good moment to sign up for Twitter or Facebook ... )."
MEB Your link to your site says, Just Starting. July 2010. I suppose this falls under the category of nothing good happens fast?

Er.. hum Oops... Caught
Shame on me...
Must go update the date
Steven if my memory isn't totally unreliable the Outsider has never had a release announcement before Xara made an announcement here at TG. Members here have received news of a release before any other media.

Bill is no longer with us. He died on 10 Dec 2012. We remember him always.

Last XaReg update
My memory is rather poor, so you are likely right, Bill. I know Xara frequently gives a clue in Outsider that something new is coming, but whether it precedes announcement on the forum, I don't recall...
When do you think XDP7 will be released?
Also- from the Outsider:
A clue? Maybe soon it will be released- like 1st June?If you're still hesitating over whether to buy Photo & Graphic Designer or Designer Pro, then now might be the moment because we're throwing in a free copy of our new version of Xara 3D, the recently released V7, worth $39! Offer ends Tuesday! Another offer ending soon is the Web Designer 6 to 7 intro upgrade offer - place your orders before 1st June. More info below.
Or maybe not because they say now to get XDP6...
Amitai Rosenberg
No need to depend on the Outsider. Just watch for the newest release of Web Designer and Designer Pro will come out about 6 weeks later.
Joe
Heh heh, You're catching on Joe. So the question for you is when will Xara release Web Designer 8?

Since HTML5 and CSS3 are starting to hit stride, my guess is March, 2012 (unless the Mayans were correct, then all bets are off) .
