Hi Maja
And another way:
1. Create the red shapes, select both and add a standard black shadow, with shadow transparency set to 0 (I set shadow size to about 27 pix - see attached).
2. Convert to shapes and ungroup, delete shadows.
3. To both remaining red shapes apply the applicable auto-generated 'shadow' bitmap as a fill (they will be in the bitmap gallery), set the outer fill to the shadow colour and the inner fill being the red.
4. Adjust center position of fill to offset (nudging the fill is easier to match multiple objects).
Note: You can edit the ''ínner shadow darkness'' by darkening the outer colour and adjust the size of the dark area a little by editing the colour profile in the fill tool infobar. You can also use the ''shadow bitmap'' as a transparency for an overlaid darker object to create the same effect (although this uses two objects instead of one it enables you to use other than just a plain colour background).
Just another idea, not as fast as 10 seconds, but was I think less than 2 minutes.
Regards
Su
