Talking SVG and it's various interpretations

I'm still playing around with svg, browsers, and vector apps.

From my other thread: http://www.talkgraphics.com/showthre...for-developers you may know that browers have some differences in how they display an svg exported from Designer Pro 6.

This collection of attachments show how the browsers display svg files exported from the vector applications I currently have installed.

Of the five apps I have, Serif DrawPlus x4 does not support transparencies when exporting to the svg format.

The attached .zip file contains the .web file and the exported web site including the subfolder with the svg files.

Default Re: SVG and it's various interpretations

I made a mistake when making the CorelDraw X4 image to export as svg. Instead of a linear transparency as in the other apps I used a uniform transparency. The attachment shows how the browsers handle the linear transparency.
