Lost Menu?

I am on my 20th day of trial and ready to purchase and when I opened Xara today I found that there was no menu at the top i.e. FILE EDIT ARRANGE ETC. The only thing across the top of the page is some icons beginning with: "new document; "open file"; "save" and so on.

No matter which tool I click on the left column I don't get the corresponding toolbar at the top.

I hope I have explained all this correctly/

Any ideas what I've done wrong?

Hi Scott,

It sounds as if you have accidentally turned on Full Screen Mode.

Hit the number 8 on the numeric keypad to toggle back to normal view mode.

Number lock must be on when you do that.
