banner image not showing in web preview

Hi there.

I am using Web Designer 6. The banner image at the top of my web page is not showing when previewing the website. Any idea why this would happen?

I would be willing to bet that the image is not on the MouseOff layer.

Select the banner and cut it to the clipboard (Ctrl x or Edit > Cut), open the Page and Layer Gallery (F10), select the MouseOff Layer, and Edit > Paste in Place.

never mind. figured it out. my layers got moved to the mouse over layer. I didn't actually move anything and saw another post from someone with a similar issue. Could this be a bug?
