Help, I need HELP, please

Hi everybody,
1) it's hard to find a place to post a question here. Wow.

2) ok, Using Xara Web 6 I got my site up without a hitch but then I had to make changes (small changes, like editing where a link should open, new window)
everything is saved and exported to the correct places, published!
But then ALL my pages are missing pictures, links, graphics. Backgrounds disappear etc. and can NOT be brought up again. That's here: www.jfk-site.com

3) Another website: www.1013suncoast.com - see officers...
'Newsletter' misses background color.
I'm inserting picture ... not showing at all. (Yes, it's uploaded via Xara AND via Ipswitch FTP again) Part of pages are missing graphics, missing links, pics...
Not for my life can I get it back to where it was.

And this happens OFTEN ... yet now I thought it's all good, but NOPE it's playing tricks again.
NEWLY created sites do work - but making changes is always an adventure.

Using Windows 7 ... IE - I'm at my wits end.

PLEASE, somebody help me.

For a quick fix/test I would move all the on-line files into a temp folder and upload again via Xara.
