    Each of the images that appear on a rollover is a movie clip. When the mouse rolls over the text, there is a tell target telling the movie clip to go to and play from frame 1, where it plays until it gets to frame x, and in frame x there is a stop action. So it stops and shows the frame. When the mouse rolls out, there is another tell target to the same clip telling it to go to the next frame and play until the end. Up until frame x is where the image is showing up. From frame x+1 until the end, it's the fade-out animation you see. That's all there is to it!
