When I preview a page I get a message that one of the fonts might appear differently in browsers. This is just for preview right? When published it will be converted to a graphic so it appears the same in all browsers?

Hi Cyberspirit
If you are getting that message it means that you are using non web safe fonts. This leads to unpredictable results when viewed by your visitors. You can convert them to graphics to preserve the look of your page but this will render them effectively invisible to the search engines.

Oops, I thought Xara did that automatically. I use 3 different web programs and get confused over which does which. How do I convert text to graphic? It's only one word and I like the font so it's ok if it is a graphic. Couldn't find in Help Menu. Thanks.
Group it with itself [CTRL+G] to turn it into a graphic.
