Internal Program Error 1796.w.cl.xt

I am experiencing beau coup problems with WD6. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program twice per another mod's request and I'm still having problems with both publishing all/one page(s), and what I don't see (no shadow on page background) when I publish. Shadow was there when working on page in WD6.

I'm no expert with this program, believe me, but I've been using software for 25 years and this program is beginning to wear me out.

Can a mod please tell me what this error message means? <Internal Program Error 1796.w.cl.xt>

Only the Xara developers can help decipher the internal program error codes doc.

The default page shadow is not something that will show when you publish.
If you need one, just drag and drop a colour from the colourline to your page, a soft drop-shadow will be created which will show when published.

Yes, I assumed Covoxer or similar chap would respond to the PE.

As to the page shadow: here's what's weird, all pages within this site were from the same designs gallery template. All other pages show the shadow when published/previewed, the home (index) page does not.
