Messing around with Draw 11 to see what it can and can't do. I found out that the interactive transparency and drop shadow didn't survive the blend. And you'd have to avoid using outlines if the image is going to be scaled up and down. The entire thing is made up of solid shapes, no outline.

This thing is not going to be used for commercial purposes. So don't sue me, please. Just having fun with Mojo Jojo, that's all http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif.

You can up/downscale outlines by checking the 'Scale with image' box in Object Properties (Outline)

It's not always reliable though so, like you, I convert to solid objects where possible... http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

I do this on most of what I do. I found out that it creates less surprises when something I do gets resized later. However, this process is rather quirky. Sometimes a line comes out with disjointed nodes, so you'd get queer fills. And those nodes! There are always more than necessary. Cleaning up these things takes a lot of effort sometimes. Why can't they smooth out the process (automatically reduce nodes to the minimum required to define the shape, no unconnected nodes). Having new tools in version 12 is ok, but shouldn't they make old ones work more efficiently first? Throw a relatively complex function at Draw 11 and it often freezes up on me.
