I dont kinda get, when I make the circle using Elliptical Marquee Tool, and when I tried to make another one, the first circle vanished o.o

Hold down the shift-key while drawing the rest of the circles

There are also buttons on the marquee selection menu you can select if you forget the keyboard shortcut. See attached
