Great! Now I can't get Chris De Burgh's Don't Pay the Ferryman song (The Getaway, 1982) to stop looping in my head. Aaaaaaah...

I've got a few more photos to crop and post in this here little thread o' mine. So, here's another one.

Stopping for lunch one day, I stepped out of the van I was driving and walked around the back to make sure the doors were locked. By chance, I happened to look down only to notice a nice looking script, letter 'A' looking back at me. After doing a double-take I saw that it was a discarded pony tail holder that somehow pretzel-ized itself into the nicely flowing letter. Of course I grabbed my camera and captured a quick shot so I could share it with everyone here.

I vow that my quest will continue for the rest of the pony tail alphabet,

Thanks Bruce and Frank. You're right Keith, 'A' 'J' it could be.

Here's a sign for a business located in Sanford, NC that always makes me think that they could have come up with a better name. I know it's the guys names, and all, but it doesn't exactly inspire confidence in me, the used vehicle trade, or the real estate market, for that matter. Maybe they're in cahoots with that (in)famous law firm, Dewey, Cheatham & Howe, PLLC.

Honestly, I'm sure they're great, upstanding guys just trying to make a living, it's just me and my warped sense of humour that introduces the 'shady' undertone.
