Problem with floating div

Hello,
I´m having some troubles to get a floating div to work.
The problem is that the floating div works fine everywhere on the page (it´s a menu that loads an iframe) except when it´s on the top of the page.
In that position some of the links in the menu don´t work. I think it´s related with the position of the placeholder that loads the iframe and the position of the tweak used to float the div.

When in Desgner Pro i position the iframe placeholder a little below the floating div script the menu works fine, but when they are at the same level horizontally (both on top) some links of the iframe don´t work,

The page is available trough my signature.
The problematic links are the H and L. They don´t work when the menu is located on the top of the page in most browsers except in Internet Explorer where it works fine no matter its position (!).
Any hints about what could be wrong?

Hi,
there is an hidden object over the floating menu (a placeholder?). If this is a placeholder for some HTML-Code, you can make this placeholder smaller.
Can upload your .WEB file?

That´s the hint i needed. I think i know what´s going on now.
I´m going to try to correct the problem and will post again later.
