Server problem?

It's taken me over 30 minutes from the time I clicked "Buy" to get the order accepted. Every click in the transaction process took about a minute to go to the next screen. My connection to everything else is fine, as I have cable. This was by far the all-time slowest server experience I ever had. Talkgraphics took only a few seconds.

Sorry to hear about your experience.
I'm not precisely sure where you are referring to or what you are buying, but I'll guess it was something at either the Xara or MAGIX store websites?

This forum is not intended for support relating to their sites I'm afraid.
While Xara own the Talkgraphics vBulletin software license and pay for the hosting space, TalkGraphics isn't related to their commercial websites.

Thanks for explaining. BTW, I was buying WD6. Coincidentally, it's been about 20 minutes but I haven't got my email confirmation yet.
