I cant uplode my site it says Im out of memory! What Memory? then I get this error and everything locks up. I added some new pictures but now I cant update my site... Any ideas?

OK I set the pics to 72 dpi and optomized in the drop down and I was able to uplode ...I have a question If I would have just exported and then used a standalone FTP program would I still get the error and is that an option?
