How do I embed remote FLV video?

Unless it's a Youtube or Vimeo etc movie (who supply embed code for you in any case), that's bandwidth theft and should be avoided.

I found this one last week, which only asks that you credit it somewhere on your page with a link. Otherwise it's unbranded. It has a lot of options, though the result IS Flash, so that needs not be an issue for your site.
