Error Message

Hi, I have just registered with this forum and wondered if anyone can help with the error message that causes Photoimpact 5 to crash. I have just spent ages working on a tutorial and a crash occurred again with he following message. It seems to happen when I use the lightlng/filter gallery. I have tried altering the page file set-up in the vitual memory box but hasn't made any difference

Cocuments~1myname~1Locals~1 empwer18.tmp.dir00ppcompat.txt

Rather long isn't it?. Any help would be great
