Out of memory

I keep getting a message the Xara is out of memory.
Mostly when Im working with Pictures or some time video.
I did a search and couldent find anything about recently in Ver 6. Is it something on my side like more Ram or a bigger video card ... Its a pain it seems to go away for a bit if I restart my program or sometime it locks up and I have to do a hard restart ...Just thought Id ask before I stressed over it

If you are using lot's of photos/bitmaps in your pages - optimise them.
There's a new option Utilities>>Optimse all JPEGS - try this.
