It's when the slideshow is set to begin automatically I've found [pic 2] ... at least I can show I'm not cracking up now

Ah - Slideshow? I'll check that - for now can you please attach that *.web file John.
EDIT: Nup.. With Auto Slideshow and Auto Slideshow with thumbnails at bottom of page, all images are window centered for me.
EDIT EDIT: Aha! Now I see what's happening, it appears there's a correlation to the positioning which depends on whether the first image displayed is a landscape or portrait orientation.
EG: If the first image is portrait, the the next is landscape, the centre point is changed.
This actually could be a highslide.js bug and not a Xara one...

.WEB attached, but you've probably worked it out anyway Steve
EDIT: Yep - it's going wrong, when exported, in FF as well on auto.

Yep..
It seems that in non-slideshow mode when each thumbnail is clicked, the popup will centre in the window, however, in slideshow mode or clicking the 'Next' arrow if the thumbnail strip is enabled, the bottom edge of the popup becomes the relative positioning factor - weird.
Note that even without the centering tweak, the same thing happens (though the starting position is the far left of the page) - so the problem appears to be in the highslide.js
