Download and CD?

I'm trying to purchase xara xtreme version 5 but I'm wondering if I am going to also get the cd with my download....at the website, xara.com it doesn't specify (or at least I've not seen it) that I will be mailed a cd as well. My concern is that something will happen to my computer and then I won't have the program any longer...is it possible to copy the program to a disc once I have purchased it? Also I see where many have noted that there are many other options with the cd...rather than just the download. Thanks in advance for any/all help.
