Setting Page Background Color

How do I set the page background color. I have searched everywhere without success. I created a box and set it's color to the desired color, but that only changes the background to the page size.

I need to color the entire page background. If anyone knows the answer, it will be much appreciated.

Hold down a Control key and drag a color from the color line with the mouse point over a blank area of the drawing space release the control key and left mouse button.

Ctrl+Drag'n'drop from the colourline to the page.
