Animated avatar

Been trying out a few animations and have decided to make an animated version of my avatar( a4Hire style). Problem is how to get it to replace my old one and am stuck. Any hints are welcome. I want it to appear more like this.

If you look at the start of the navbar above your post you will se "UserCP" click on this, look on the left hand side you should see settings and options directly underneath this you will find edit avatar. You will need to upload it using the use custom avatar field.

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 20.0 KB (whichever is smaller).
Anything larger will either be rejected by the system or converted to a static GIF/JPG.
