Default start and finish of an arc

I need to have a series of concentric arcs that need three different line patterns (to help the user discriminate one from the other). The lines need to terminate at an angle (approximately 90 degrees) to an outline shape (the lines are within the outline at both ends).

The problem I have is that I need the lines to begin and end in an arrowhead or a solid portion.

If I select arrowheads one end is oriented correctly but the other is not. If I select different line types (even editing line types) some start with a solid portion others with a dotted portion.

    Any thoughts?

    CorelDRAW 12.

Black Panther, thanks for getting in on this for me.

I have tried this but my results are now the same.

In the first attachment you will see the arrow heads point in different directions left and right.

In the second you will see that the start/end patterns are not the same at either end.

I think you can do it too in version 12, I drew two arcs, made blend between the two arcs converted the blend in curves, then apply the arrow to the star and end of the lines, i have to need to adjust the distance between the first lines with the mouce, but the arrows direction looks OK for me, I donīt know if you wanted like the attachment or not, please tell me about it. and may be some another Corel users and members can gives you an advice better than me.
But i tryed it. Regards BP
