    Default Rss feed

Hi Sledger..Im sure you will answer this one.
Is it possible to incorporate a rss feed to my website?
I also want to try and incorporate a live update to my website from my forum.is this done using placeholding or even possible at all?

    One more thing please.
I was struggling to upload my website to godaddy (it was going to a strange address) they told me to rename the index file. default.html before uploading.
I dont know why I had to do this but it worked and the website was uploaded to the correct address. However now when the site opens it says default1 in the address bar . How/can I change this. Can I change it back to the websites name now when I publish?? I dont know why it did not load with the standard xara settings when publishing. Any ideas on what Im on about?

    Default Place holder

Im sorry for being a pain in da a........
I have tried to incorporate my forums latest posts into my website via a placeholder. The forum site managers have supplied me with a html code for the purpose. I have made a rectangle and specified this html address to this rectangle. When I preview or publish the site( I published the site online to see if it would show correctly) all I see is the html code where the feed and the placeholder triangle is supposed to be???

The XML feed for your message board is:
    forums.cabincrewtales.com/external?type=xml
Is this an incorrect html address from the forum hosts?

Surely this is not right. I have read the help menu several times and there is nothing in the tutorials. It seems like such a simple thing to do according to the help files so I cant understand wher i could be going wrong?
    tx for any help

You'll need a feed widget of some sort to add the feed URL (which by the way needs a http:// in front).
Google gadgets, java widgets or flash based feed widgets can be found on the web.

Once you find one you like, add your feed URL and then embed the code into a placeholder.

See attached .web file for example of your feed URL in a flash widget.
