Hello!
I want to create a scroll effect of this presentation.
When I put the mouse over a person, the speed decreases . The scroll effect loops infinite times.

I don't know exactly how you put this together. Normally, for something like this, I code each picture/button with a tell target command to tell a "control" movie clip to go to and stop at another frame. That frame has actions in it that tells the scrolling actions to stop or decellerate.

If that's the way you built this, you could just take the "tell target" command out of the picture/buttons.
