newsletter-signup-box integration possible?

Hi!
Sorry to bother you guys again..
Another question came up here:
Is it possible to integrate a small textbox where the visitor can put in his e-mail and press a button to subscribe to a mailing list?

My server/provider can do this, I can set up new mailinglists to which users can subscibe without me by sending a mail from their mailaccount to mymailinglist@mydomain.de with the text "subscribe mailinglistname".

So now I am wondering: How can I integrate this into my Xara-page?
edit2: and is it possible to show a small popuplayer saying something like "succesfully subscribed" afterwards?

It'd be great if you could help me out (again ) on this one..

sorry to ask such a common question, I did try a search before (for newsletter) but I always have a problem finding the right search terms.
Didn't know about "forms".. thats the problem with a programm that enables every noob to build great sites, we often have no clue about the correct terms and don't know what to search for.
