scrollable area inside webpage?

hi everyone!

after 4 months of hard work, my site is finally nearing completion.
but there's one thing I haven't yet achieved:
I have navbars at the top and at the bottom of each page.
So I don't use scrollbars at all.
Now I realized that, to display my whole discography, I definitely need a vertical scrollbar, as I don't want to spread it over several pages.
But the navbars of course have to stay where they are, so the scrollable area should be just in between.
How can I do this?
I want to add about 120 songs in the same way as I did f.e. on this album-page:

if this should be possilbe with placeholder, I don't get it yet..

And is there any way to customize the look of the scrollbars, so they don't look like old-fashioned-windows? because that would really ruin the stylishness

You can achieve this by using an iframe.

Search the forums, they have been discussed in dozens of threads.

now I hope i find the way to customize the scrollbars.. or is that search useless because it doesn't work anyway?

Scrollbars are very versatile elements to customize. One can do it with CSS, but it will work only with Internet Explorer. Chrome, Opera or Firefox don't allow the scrollbars to be customized. One solution would be to use flash or perhaps some javascript scripts to generate such elements, but i personally don't have study the question for now.
