    Default preview error message

Hi I just purchased web designer and I started a website using a template page, only one page so far. I tried to preview in by using the export and preview button at the top tool bar. I keep getting the error message "unable to find the filter to import that file with".
Can anyone help me out with this problem?
Just tried to export website under "file" and get the same message.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Although it should no longer be necessary on a Windows PC running a standard setup of XP/Vista/W7 - please try these steps and let's us know if it helped.

    [1] Remove Web Designer.
    [2] Reboot PC.
[3] Disconnect from the web and disable any antivirus security/software.
*Note: If you have any Registry monitoring/cleanup/speedup software, please also disable this before running the Web Designer installer.
[4] In Vista, right click the Web Designer installer and choose 'Run as Administrator'. In XP make sure you're user profile has administrator rights.
[5] Run the Web Designer installer.
[6] In Vista, right-click the Web Designer desktop shortcut and choose 'Run as Administrator' (only necessary the first time). In XP, just double-click the desktop icon to launch XWD.
    [7] Restart your antivirus/security software.
    [8] Reconnect to the web.
[9] Continue with the Web Designer activation.
