Can someone answer a quick question I have?

I would like to know how to create a signature with flash in it. Can somebody please tell me?

You mean a signature in Outlook or something like that? Or a signature for these message boards? For the boards, all you have to do is host your Flash file somewhere, then write HTML to embed that file. For email readers, the process depends on your reader - and it may not work for all email readers, either (depending on the email client of the recipient, their security settings, etc.) My suggestion is not to use Flash in your signature for an email. There are tons of hassles involved. If you're still interested in how to do it, give us a bit more info on what client(s) you're using to send your mail, etc.
