Cross platform website

Hello from Spain!

As I like very much to use Xara Webstyler and Xara 3D I accepted the offer to upgrade to Xara Web Designer and then to Xtreme 5, some days ago. So I a newcomer.
Before to begin to study I would like to some advice or suggestion. The main reason to buy them is to create a cross-platform website and because I read "You can make popups appear by applying the Mouseover property to any text selection, not just graphic objetcs"

It only works in Internet Explorer because of the "mouseover popups" on some radio buttons and text literals (javascript)

So, my question would it be possible a cross-platform solution with Xara tools to emulate these popups? I do not how to begin with my new tools. Could you please to suggest my roadmap to follow? At least just to say "it's possible!" . I don't know even if to begin to study Xara Web Designer or Xara Xtreme. Are there any example or turorial on the net?
