    If you referr to the circular "sun" in the background yes. I first blurred the inner circle (yellow), then blurred the other one (orange), to better position them; then I blurred (25 steps, if I remember well). I hope I answered your question.     If I had to choose I'll choose an elliptical fill, if you adjust the profile you can achieve the same effect and your drawing is lighter (talking about size) which permits you to work faster on it.
    Fills and profiles are a really great tool!!!!

    Thanks a lot for suggestions. It's true, blending slows down the refresh of the screen, so once I am satisfied with the blend, I remove it till the final render. Thanks again, lupen
