Default Stereogram for a rainy day

The depth image was created with a series of blends.

    I like it Gary.
Very appropriate since it rained here last night.

Excellent stereogram. Nice crisp edges. Very appropriate as it is raining here today.

It's raining right now where I live, also. You've managed to couple great depth with a very sharp image in this stereogram.

    Very enjoyable to view,

This one is very cool to me because you didn't use a 3d image.

It looks like a drawing that's been pulled off the page.

    I've been re-motivated, Gary!!

Thumbs up Re: Stereogram for a rainy day

I am so happy I can finally SEE stereograms! I love this one. I do think I might want to learn a little about possibly making one myself sometime.

Hi Cheryl, Gary made a tutorial on them here: http://www.xaraxone.com/tutorials/may09/
I am halfway through with it but it's on my laptop....now where did I put it?

Gary, this is fabulous! This image POPS off the page with no effort. Great job.

We're sunny, sunny, sunny but that umbella is a very crisp, crisp, crisp stereogram. Super job, Gary.

Here's a section of the pattern. I used a photo of water droplets (ice actually on the window) and then used one of Xtreme's Two Color bitmap fills and a Fractal Plasma transparency to break the diagonal lines into rain lines. Kind of. The pattern does not show up very well in this small image.

There are three or four stereogram tutorials on the Xara Xone Tutorials which have been created over the years.
