How do I get rid of the white background that is around the video on my website www.sandovallandscape.com.

Sorry but I don't see any white background?
Of the four videos on your page, they all appear with black backgrounds when I view them in any browser?

Which software did you use to produce them?

I use Socusoft Software. I just added a line of text and republished and then the white appeared on the outside of the video. I attached the site as it shows in the preview. Your so efficient getting back.

Thanks for posting the .web file.
I still don't see any white background to your videos.

However, If you are referring to the momentary white background to the placeholder area where the flash <object code is, then this is not controlled by Web Designer or indeed anything you can do.
It's the flash plugin player space which shows as white just moments before it loads the content.
