    Question Batch processing

I have a multipage PDF document with nothing but colour photos on each page.
The photos need only be greyscale which would be better to save memory.
Is there method for converting the whole document into grayscale in one go to reduce the size?

Also is there a way of quickly deleting 30 pages of such a document.

    Hi Anas,

You can select all the photos on a page then right click on Black on the Color Line then Contone Dark from the pop up.

I'm not sure but I think you may find that Photoshop is more suited to that task. I created a PDF of an Amazon.co.uk page just now and I couldn't open it in Xara but I could in Photoshop.

Not in Xara, I am afraid. The best way would be as suggested PS as an action and then use Automate - Script to batch convert your PDF.

No actions or macros available in Xtreme, sorry to say, so you will have to do each one individually or use another program.

You could also use an external scripting language like autoit which has a basic-like syntax. There is another popular one of which i forgot the name but which is very similar (partly based on) to autoit.
