Xara Xtreme drawing- commercial use

I have Xara Xtreme 2.
Maybe it's different?

Xtreme2 doesn't have web templates.

In Xtreme2, open the example drawing "gel.xar". Open Colour Gallery. Select color called "Button". Click "Edit" button in the Colour Gallery. Edit the color the way you want.

I found this in the Xara license terms:

"You may not incorporate into your own work, publish, display or distribute any images from the ‘Xara’ clipart folders on the CD, the ‘Example Xara X Drawings’ and ‘Example Artwork’ folders in the clipart gallery, or any other images which are identified by Xara as being provided with permission of the copyright holders for the sole purpose of demonstrating the possibilities of the software."

Does that mean I can't use the Gel button in my program for my use?

It's getting complicated, isn't it?

But I wonder why do you worry this much about a gel button if you can draw it on your own in 5 minutes? There are 4 shapes in it! It's that simple, just repeat all the steps as described in the "gel.xar" and you'll have your own one, with 100% yours copyright. Even though it will be 100% the same thing as the one in the "gel.xar".
