Default Photo popups that include 6 lines of text

    Hi.
I'm trying to put some photos of me and business partners on a web page that's 800 x 600.
    There are 5 of us.
Using the templates included there isn't any way that I can get 5-6 lines of readable text under each photo--it's just way too small.
I may have to rebuild my website at 1024 x 768, but I'm not sure that will help much.

Is there a photo popup that includes the text in the popup that will fit 5-6 lines of text?
I tried Porta, but it only allows one text line.
    I'd appreciate any help.
    Thanks.

Use a popup layer. Then you can have anything you like.

    Example attached.

Your response is light-years beyond me.
I've only had the program for 3 days.

    I downloaded it.
I'll take a minute to break it down in the layers to see what you did.
    Thanks!

I see you created 1 photo, and one with the white background with text in their own layer.
You linked the first pix to that layer.
I don't understand something because both of my pix are either showing or not there at the same time.

Each photo thumbnail (on the mouseoff layer) must be linked to it's own popup layer where the large photo and text is created.
I named the layer 'popupphoto1' which was a clue.
Create a new layer for each photo, call the second layer 'popupphoto2' (for example) and link the second thumbnail to it.

I appreciate the help, but it's just not happening.

OK - study this .web file and see if it makes any more sense.

Remember to look at the Preview, and have a look at the web properties>>Link [tab] for each thumbnail.
See how it relates to the layer gallery.

    That looks great!
But what is the correct sequence?

    add thumbnail
    add popup
    add layer
    add link

    what else?

Also, how did you create the square "thumbnails?"
I tried to use the rectangular tool, curve the corners, add background color and shadow it, but it doesn't work.
Did you add a panel from one of the templates and delete the text on it, unlock the aspect ratio, and make it square?
