Japanese Koi Stereogram

This is one of my favorite new stereograms. I have 42 that I have created this year that are going off to Japan on the 15th along with maybe 10 t o15 images that were not previously published.

The depth image for the fish was done with a multiple blend.

As a footnote i find having the depth map image down the bottom actually tends to try to pull ones focus back into alignment when you get to the bottom of the stereogram so repositioning these (for display on the web) to be off to the right of the main image would no doubt be of help to some people.
Just something for you to consider...(perhaps its just me)

But nice stereogram to be sure well done.

Oh well, that blows my theory about the white lines out of the water. Not a white line to be seen and still I find it difficult to see, especially the detail like eyes, mouth and whiskers. That'll teach me to stay up too late playing computer games!

I think the illusion of depth in this stereogram is greatly enhanced by the curved backdrop and texture. The subject of this stereogram was a great choice, as well.

the Koi is so beautiful and has a nice flowing feel to it.
