Would You Call This Site Optimized?

I've read through most of the forums, and watched some user videos regarding 'site optimization'.

It's a 5-page site. All the links below the fold will be sub-domains.

I've converted most graphics to .jpg.
I've grouped most graphics.
etc...
When I upload to the server, it says '97' objects transferred.

Would some of you 'in-the-know' users (anyone actually) please load my site and let me know if you consider it fast-loading? I can't even tell anymore... my brains are a bit scrambled.

Well, I may not know much about all this site designing html etc... so more of an average consumer then.
But I clicked your link and it took barely the blink of an eye for it to load.
Though I do have a fast internet connection... but still. Very quick.

No problems speed wise. Couple of seconds here.

You might want to re-think the width though. Most people will end up with a horizontal scrollbar when they view it.
