Can web designer make forms?

Can Xara web designer make forms? Can it connect the form to a database also?

Not Directly, but yo9u can use placeholders for whatever code you want.

I just created a site that has a form to fill out, the html for which is in the placeholder. that form has an "action" of a submit.php, which has all the instructions of how to email, how to write to the database and how to automatically forward them over to Paypal to purchase.
