Ron the problem appears to be with how IE6 renders your site.
Your header graphic renders over your navigation bar making it unusable.
My screen resolution on that machine is 1280 x 1024 and IE6 is in full screen mode so there is more than enough space on screen.
Only the upper left quadrant of your header graphic renders however it covers most of the screen.

Yes I find the same as Billl but with XP and IE6.
Also IE6 became very unstable for me when your page is loaded.
You may need to encourage people to update their browsers.

The site looks great to me Ron, XP & IE8.
I found IE6 was always unstable ... always crashing IE8 (and IE7) seems to work much better. I'd try and get them to update.
