    But the easiest way to check test in a WD created website text is to drag-select some text on the web page itself. If it's an image you won't be able to drag-select a line, word or single letter.

    Running your site through http://seobrowser.com/ will give you a good idea of what is visible to the spiders.

    The spiders do grab the alt text, right? I make a point of adding an alt attribute to any text areas that I know will end up as images.
