A macro shot of a flower held in a fixture inside the shed. We must be having 50 knot winds today. The light was going away, and I could only invert the flowers for them to be illuminated.

Buy a strobe or two, then you will have light anytime. I was shooting with 5 today. Lots of fun. Nice upside down flowers turned right side up...

The microwave oven turned into a strobe last night. Very pretty color. It is out till I get a wave guide cover. My medical expenses exceed my income, and if I don't have it, it isn't going to happen. Vet bills were another addition.

    HEy Rich,

Have you looked into selling some of your shots at one of those photo stock sites? You just might make enough to buy a few asprin... You do have some very nice shots. Some of your dragon/flutterby shots might make you a few pennies.

I don't know how many fairie/woodland nymph/fantasy shots I have seen lately with really bad wings(homemade). You could offer your dragon wing/jeweled pieces as .ai files they would probably sell like hotcakes to pinup/fantasy photographers. You have enough stock on hand to a least buy a bottle of asprin from a hospital pharmacy...

I doubt that it would take you more than 5 minutes to convert some of your fancier stuff to 300DPI transparent background .psd files.

    John,

Thanks for the thought. I'll have to explain the cost of medical when I get a chance. I thought I would look to see what I have made and kept. Seem the archive process made copies and there is a lot of sorting to do.
