Nice drawing. Was it scanned, as the lines look very natural?

Reminds me of the Hanna-Barbera studio style output as seen in Top Cat, Yogi Bear and The Flintstones, etc. Marvellous work this, in my opinion.

¡Gracias, Bob! I've been studying various cartoon series, particularly how they do backgrounds. For this one, I was mimicking Atomic Betty. I wanted something cartoony and fun--everything is a bit tilted and irregular. The outlines and fills of random objects is offset, I guess just to add to the variety and overall loose effect.

I'm still trying to decide whether or not to add outlines on my characters to make them stand out more. Outlines would mean a tad more work when animating the characters, making sure the outlines line up as the parts move. It's a work in progress and I will be using Celtx to write the scripts and define the characters and scenarios. Lots to do.

Very nice Zeb. From the title and characters I believe it will be an excellent series for everyone to view.
