Procrastination is an art form...
I can say this because i have truly mastered this art...and i know exactly how it works...
The answer to this question is a very simple one...
The best way to find the motivation to do your work is to use this work as an excuse to shirk an even bigger responsibility...
Find something else more urgent that absolutely demands your attention and then stop... and totally ignore it.....you will feel a curious tension welling up in side you.....
This is the energy you need, that can be easily channeled into your chosen endeavor...
As the daemon that is procrastination will only be satisfied when your current activity is anything but that what needs to be done at any given time...
Good luck...its a slippery slope dude....
