    Hi all

    New to the forums so I thought I would say hello

    Been trying Xara for a week or so now with reasonable success as shown

    Thanks for the warm welcome and kind comment

    So my first question to you all.............having read quite a lot of the postings I feel that this is not possible.........the image below has two interlocked C's...........is it possible to have them spin independently??

    Scorpio it is possible to have them rotate independently. However when they overlap it does not look realistic.

    I agree, well done for a week using new software.

    Just a word about posting images.
    As outlined in the forum guidelines (you will have received these when you registered), we prefer that images are attached to your post rather than hotlinked from hosting services such as photobucket. This ensure that your pictures do not disappear if your account is closed or the hosting service has problems.

    If you are new to forums and unsure about how to go about attaching images to your posts, Egg has produced a tutorial here.

    Did you have a have a look at the tutorial

    When editing, click the 'Go Advanced' button and then to the 'Attachment Manager'

    I have, the file is coming up at 618 kb, so I will need to reduce it and then edit

    The limit for .gif files is 500KB
    Limits are set to help those members who access the internet via slower DSL or even dial-up connections.

    Welcome Scorpio, I love your avatar. Great job on the ani logo but the edging doesn't work for me. Try increasing the texture size above 100% until you get a clean border.
