WStyle4 & FP add in

I have had to reinstall above due to crash.
Now when I go to FP -- insert -- webstyle4 -- button etc..
It gives a message that it is looking for ....\settings\temp\ws54.tmp
They files do not exist nor are they on my supplied CD.
Any advise would be helpful.
